formula help

I need a formula to sum based on certain conditions. For
example : If row a1:a200 contains "Car" AND row b1:b200
contains "RED" then sum the totals (found in row z1:z200)
of the row. So I should have several entries that
contain "Car" and "Red" and I need the cell to keep a
running total (dollar amount associated with each entry)
based on this conditions.
