Can anyone assist me with the following formula:
=OFFSET(K6,MAX((K6:O8<>"""--""")*(ROW(K6:O6)))-1,MAX
((INDIRECT("a"&MAX((K6:O6<>"""--""")*(ROW(K6:O6)))&":h"&MAX
((K6:O6<>"""--""")*(ROW(K6:O6))))<>"""--""")*COLUMN(K:O))-
1)
Attempting to return a value from a specific range that is
not equal to "--". I tried the above suggested formula,
but can not get the formula to work based on the
information I am trying to retrieve - an example of which
is "450 Manhattan Area" Thanks in advance if anyone is
clever enough to crack this mystery. I have driven myself
crazy on this one.
