Is it possible to flag 2 columns if there is a drop in
revenues and collections for 3 consecutive months in a
row? There will be now set starting amount however, I
just need to flag the clients information so that the
downward revenue trend can be corrected.

The columns in question are E & F, but need to have them
flagged somehow so we can see the problems as soon as
spreadsheet is opened, and then once revenue and
collection information begins to increase the flag drops
off. the spreadsheet is layed out like this:

Member name New Client Coach Revenue Collections and
so on

The months then follow each other down the page with the
300+ sets of stats for July then dropping down the page
Aug begins and so on.

Any help with how this can be done if columns E & F show
drops for three months will be appreciated.

Unfortunately, yes Andy thought my first request for help
may have been overlooked, because it was next to a
different question I'd posted, so he copied and pasted the
