Formula needed for conditional formatting

Using XL2004 11.3.3 on imac intel System 10.4.9
Hi experts, looking for a formula to highlight rows. Columns are a to y,
Rows approx 4500. In column P, I have blanks and numbers,
Would like to highlight the whole row if column P has numbers >0 and <6.
not blanks. I can do it by each column by setting first cell, copy formats,
paste formats. However each column has different number and border formats
so cannot paste to a different column without changing formats. Have tried
for hours but to no avail. Have too many sheets to do it manually. I think I
have to do it by Range somehow, can't figure it out.
Any help appreciated.

One way:

Select columns A through Y. With cell A1 active, enter this conditional
format:

CF1: =AND($P1>0,$P1<6)
Format1: <patterns>/<color of your choice>
