Formula problem, HELP!!!!!

There is an =IF
(logical_test,what_to_do_if_true,what_to_do_if_false)
equation in excel. Use the Help function to figure it out.
It will do exactly what you are looking for.

Current Time (F2) =D71+((C8-C7)*24*60)

What I want to do for Current Time cell (F2) is if the

time difference between C8 and C7 is equal to or less than
2880 add that value to the value of cell (D71). If the
difference between (C8) and (C7) is greater than 2880, do
not add that value to the value in (D71), only show the
value of (D71).
