Formula to capture cell location as opposed to cell contents

I have the following formula:

=if(g61<0,(IRR(G54:MAX(H54:BZ54)*MIN('Worksheet a'!
D28,12)),IRR(g54:BZ54)*12)

The problem is that I need the MAX formula to provide a
cell location instead of the actual cell contents.

Any suggestions???
