Formula to color cells based on results

Hi again, people.
there is a message posted here about this. The question
is there, and the 'thank you' is there, but nothing else.

How do I get EXCEL to (automatically) change the color of
a cell based on the results of a formula? Yes=Green,
No=RED sort of thing.
