FORMULA TO DEDUCT LUNCH AND TEA TIMES

Please could you assist with a formula to calculate actual time worked for an
individual technician? I have a technician time sheet whereby i have a start
time and end time for each job. I need to deduct if applicable the lunch time
and tea times in order to calculate the actual time worked. In the time sheet
I have a section which indicates the lunch and tea times start and end times
- some companies have different lunch times and the same for morning and
afternoon tea times. (I'm using 24hr time to calculate start and end times
and am using Excel 2003.)
