In a cell I have "First Name Last Name" I would like to change this in the cell to
"Last Name, First Name".

Use the following formula, where A1 contains the name.

=MID(A1,FIND(" ",A1)+1,LEN(A1))&", "&LEFT(A1,FIND(" ",A1)-1)
