[Help with cell function]

=IF(AND(E14="y",G14<15),"y","Criteria not met")

The above formula worked...thanks Luke M. In addition to the above I also
have something else that needs to go in to cell h14

2 y 14 y

What is the formula if E2 = y and G2= 14 or less, I want H2 to = y (luke M)
What is the formula if E2 = n and G2= 30 or less, I want H2 to = y
What is the formula if E2 = y and G2= 15 or more, I want H2 to = n
What is the formula if E2 = n and G2= 31 or more, I want H2 to = n
