To all and any Access "Guru's"


EXAMPLE
Student Year 1 Start date = 03/04/2003
If possible I am looking for assistance in formulating a formulae that will automatically insert the students' year 2 training fee (£xxx) into the year 2 training fee field six weeks before the student Year 2 start date 03/04/2004.

Hope you will be able to let me know if it is possible and how

Ah, Ok! Reading between the lines, I reckon you've got a field for
Training Fee in a Students table or an Enrolment table, or some such...
am I close? Hmmm, well this is probably not a good idea. If every
student has the same fee, then all you need to know is what Year they
are enrolled in, and you automatically know the fee. Or, am I missing
something? Maybe if you post back with some more details, with
examples, it would help.
