Formulas don't Save

Processor: Intel

I draw up a spread sheet and saved it; Then next time I opened document none of the formulas saved but all answers from the formulas where there?

What file format did you save the file in (what's the extension)?

What do you see in the Formula Bar if you select a cell that should contain
a calculation? Do the calculations update if you change the value in the
precedent cells?

Please provide as much detail as you can.
