Formulas in Text Boxes and their formats are not preserved

I made several text boxes in my charts that were referencing cells from a spreadsheet. I set them up, modified the format to the appropriate color and font for my chart. When I closed the workbook and reopened, the text box was still there, but the data no longer appeared. If I clicked on the text box it was apparent the cell reference still existed. I had to click in the cell, then change the color and font to have the data visible again. Is this being repaired?

What version of XL and OS?

FWIW, I can't reproduce this based on your description, though I'm
seeing a similar bug that I'm reporting - can you give the exact steps
you used?

Is it still happening when you close and reopen the workbook?
