Forums on FrontPage 2003

I am trying to setup forums on my website. I am using FrontPage 2003 on
Windows Server 2000 operating system. How do I set one up and are there any
good tutorials on the the web to do this that anyone knows about? Do I have
to know any laguages or can I do this through FrontPage? Also do I need to
setup something so users can have a username & password and how do I do
that?
