I'm going to make an assumption that you're complaining about the web based
interface?

If yes, I'd recommend using a newsreader (like Outlook Express/Windows Mail
in Vista) to connect to msnews.microsoft.com.

The community interface is sometimes buggy. You can either use a
newsreader - if you use Vista's Mail or Windows Live Mail the community
newsgroups are ready to use - or use msnews.microsoft.com in another
newsreader. If you prefer a web interface, many sites carry these groups,
including http://forums.slipstick.com/
