Forwading E-mail with graphic attachments

I created a tamplet for outlook express for use in our office. The
tamplete is HTML and contains our company logo. When I first send an
email using the tamplete it goes properly with the logo. But we have a
problem when we forward the E-mail or reply to an E-mail, all the
graphics and logo assosiated with the origanl E-mail is lost. Is
there a way to reslove this problem and keep the logo and graphics
when we forward e-mail or reply to it?
