Hi,
I am using Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2007.
I am experiencing an issue on occasions when I reply or forward an e-mail to
another contact, the e-mail icon in my Inbox (by this I mean the small
envelope) should change to either include a small purple arrow to indicate
that it has been replied too or a small blue arrow to indicate that it has
been forwarded on.
In some cases though when I have forwarded or replied to a message, this
does not change and the icon next to the message stays as a standard 'read'
envelope. This obviously causes great confusion, as I doubt myself as to
whether I have replied to e-mails or not! It means to resolve this I have to
re-open each message and then close it. Upon closing it the icon changes to
what it should be, a small bug I imagine but if there is something that I
have done wrong, let me know.
