Forward and save appointment - Outlook 2007

When an appointment created in Outlook 2007 is forwarded, how does the
receiver save it to their Outlook 207 calendar?

is open and Save doesn't work, use office icon, move to folder command or
just drag it from the message to the calendar folder.
