Forward as vCard?

Hi,

My problem is: My users can't receive or send contacts. Everytime they
receive a contact by mail, it's just an empty attachment.

I noticed, that there isn't the option "forward as vCard" in the menu
by right clicking on a contact.
You just can forward the message, but not explicitely as a vCard.

What could be the problem?
