Hi
Apologies if this post is a second time (IE appeared to crash, so not sure
if first one went through).
I have setup a template for use by our users and they have asked if it is
possible that the form can launch with a new toolbar button. This is a fairly
simple task, but as I found out, there's a catch.
Basically, they receive a certain "type" of e-mail everyday (all day) which
has to do with clients. They then verify a few things, mark it as verified
and hand over to another group.
The verify process is covered by the template, but the group receiving this
detail require the original message as well...so the forward comes in to play.
They want the button to forward any selected message (the way forwarding
does with inserting original text and attachments) but using the template
created.
Is this possible? I have tried all sorts of things to get it working - from
making the form class the actual form (read that somewhere), managing forms
and publishing forms, recreating the template without the "separate
read/compose pages option" and a few other little things.
This is my first template, so I really have no clue how to make it do what
they ask.
Any insight appreciated.
Many thanks
