Environment: Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.
If the client forwards and email out of any folder other than the inbox a
'sent item' doesn't go to the Sent Items folder it stays (creates the 'sent
item') in the original folder it was forwarded from.
There are no rules set up on client. Time and date are set correctly.
Folders are not corrupted. The 'Save copies of messages in Sent Items
folder' check box is selected. Everything else with the mail works correctly
and the way it should.
When the user logs into the web interface for exchange the problem does not
occur.
I need all sent mail to go to the "Sent Items" folder. Any help will be
appreciated!
