Forward Items Signature

When selecting multiple email messages, and right click/forward items the
signature does not appear. We have companywide mandatory signatures in RTF,
HTML, and plain text format. When just one message is selected the signature
works ok. Any ideas as to why when forwarding multiple messages the
signatures do not work?
