I want to set up a Rule in Outlook 2007 that forwards an Incoming message
from a particular person to my cell phone. The cell phone messaging (at&t)
has a 160 char limit so I just want to see the person's reply, not the text
that I originally sent to him that he was replying to.
If his response is at the top of the message I don't care if my original
stuff that follows gets cut off, although if there was a rule that could
delete the original stuff that would be clean.
If he responds by interjecting his response in the middle of my message than
I can concievably not see what he's written because my stuff is using up the
160 char limit.
How about a macro to strip off all lines that start with ">" that runs
during the Rule that forwards the person's email to my cell phone?
I don't know how to write macros. Can someone provide me with the macro
commands?
Thanks,
Walter
