Forward Message

My GM Forward Me an Email for my action. and I want to reply to all but
unfortunately I have only my GM email others I have to copy and past them and
they are not in my contacts.

Any suggestions

If the GM didn't include the addresses in one of the recipient fields and
didn't forward the message as an attachment, then cut-and-paste is about all
you can do.

I usually do that but there is no good way.
