Hello,
I have recently configured an E-mail address in my organization and I have
logged into OUTLOOK and configured a rule to forward all E-mails to another
E-mail address. After I configured the rule I selected the 'run now' tick
box and all the E-mails appeared in the sent items. Subsequently I checked
with the intended recipeint and he tells me he did not recieve them.
I thought that maybe a spam filter was blocking the E-mails so instead of
forwarding I used the redirect option, however this is not working at all and
nothing is appearing in my sent items. Can someone please help?
