Forwarded message text goes into a table.

When I forward a e-mail that was forwarded to me AND it has a solid line down
the left hand side of the message, the forwarded message is placed in a table
for some reason. This has just recently started and I do not recall making
any changes in Outlook 2007 or Office 2007. The only thing I have done that
I recall is resetting IE 7 due to numerous Internet Explorer is not working
errors.

Any suggestions?
