Our organization uses a public folder with an associated form to post IT
support tickets to a central location. When certain criteria is
entered on the form, then a copy of the form would be e-mailed to
certain users' mailboxes. Those users would then be able to double
click on the forwarded copy of the form to open it as if they had
browsed to the Public Folder to open it.
We were using Outlook XP and Exchange 2000, and this functionality
worked flawlessly. However, we have upgraded to Exchange 2003
Enterprise (still using Outlook XP), and the functionality has since
stopped working. The public folder no longer forwards a copy of the
form, it only send a FW: blank e-mail.
We're looking for assistance to get this working in 2003 as it did with
Exchange 2000. Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance!
