Forwarding a V-Card generates an NDR

I posted this message before in Exchange Administration, but it was suggested
that I post it here as well.

I have an Exchange 2003 Server and am running Outlook 2003 on all my clients.

One of my users is recieving undeliverable emails when she trys to forward a
V-Card from her contacts. Below is the error:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: BLAH BLAH BLAH
Sent: 3/26/2007 4:16 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

John Doe on 3/26/2007 4:16 PM
You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For
assistance, contact your system administrator.
MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:/DC=local/DC=domain:mailserver

This error is occuring when trying to send the V-Card to another internal
user.

And sending a new message isn't a problem? Enable the From field when
forwarding the message and make sure this one is empty.

I checked her settings and noticed that the "From" is already enabled when
she forwards the V-Card, so I had her disable the "From" but it will not
remove itself. I had her do a test by starting a new message and attaching
an "item" to the new mail, and no NDR was generated. So I think she'll just
keep sending them that way vice the way she was doing it in the first place.

"Disabling" the From doesn't do anything and it is just a toggle for visible
or not. Simply remove the address that is already in the From field after
pressing Forward.
