Hello there. I live in the UK and send regular e mails to the United States
through my Hotmail account via Outlook 2007. I have my text set up as HTML.
This works fine when I send an e mail to a particular person but the problem
arises if my e mail is forwarded on and text like this "You’ll have to tell
me if I’m wrong here" turns in to "You’ll have to tell me if I’m wrong
here" and there are times when it can become virtually unreadable.
As I say, it is fine going from my account direct to the recipient but as
soon as they forward or reply then the text changes. All I can think of is
that it is due to the differing keyboards in the UK and the US but I don't
really know and any help on resolving this would be appreciated.
