Forwarding an invite - help

I am trying to forward an invite to a meeting to a person not on the original
list. When I open the calendar item and click on 'Actions' and then
'Forward', the 'to' line contains the list of every atendee in the original
invitation, I expect to see a blank 'to' field where I can add the new
recepient. Why is this happening?

HELP!!!

Version of Outlook? Did you try forward as iCal?

2003. When I try to forward as iCal it does the same thing
