Forwarding and Replying using a Signature

When I reply to a message or forward, the message I am replying to gets
shoved over to the right which looks terrible, is there a way to keep it
underneath where it should be???
Also, when using Stationary, my signature is not the way it should look, it
is all over the place. I used table format when creating my signature which
looks fine when I send a message when not using stationary. Please help!!!
