Forwarding Calendar Invites to Remote Users Fails

Hello -- We have 3 Exchange 2003 servers in 3 different physical locations.
When a user attempts to forward a calendar invitation to a user on a remote
server, they receive an Undeliverable response. Could this be a permissions
issue? Any help is much appreciated.

Can they send mail to the user and to other users on that server? The error
looks like a permissions issue, but it should affect mail too.

Regular email is not affected. Users can send to other users, regardless of
what mailstore they are on.

Can they send mail to the user and to other users on that server? The
error looks like a permissions issue, but it should affect mail too.
