Forwarding Contacts made from custom form internally

We are running Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.

We have a custom form we use for our Contacts. When forwarding Contacts
(made with this form) internally, some users recieve it properly, others get
it and the layout is more similar to the default form than the custom form
we've created, accept that it has some of the fields we've added. The custom
form is in a Public folder and all users are set up to use this form when
creating a new Contact. In addition if the person that can not open the
contact properly creates a new contact from their computer, all fields are
there and the layout is fine.

I had no involvment in creating the form or placing it in the Public Folder.
I'm not even sure if it's published correctly. This custom forms thing is
new for me. Any suggestions would be appreciatted. If you need more
information from me let me know.

The place of form publication should be moved from the public folder to the
Organizational Forms Library. Then everybody should be able to use the form,
both when creating a new form and opening an attachment.

How would I go about Publishing it to the Organizational Forms Library? From
the Exchange Server or from my computer? I saw the Library when I opened the
form in the Publish view I just want to make sure I'm doing it properly.
Also, how would I go about distributing it to all the users afterwards? One
PC at a time or is there an easier way?

I really appreciate your help!

If you publish it to the Org Forms Library, then all the users on your
system
have access to it. That is the first place Outlook will look for any form name
it encounters. Of course, if any of your users use caching mode for Outlook,
you probably need to have them clear out their cache files.

I should have mentioned that we want this form to be the defualt for
everyone's Contacts folder.

You select the Inbox folder from your desktop, right-click it, and choose
properties. When the properties panel comes up, click the Forms tab and then
the Manage button. Set the source selector to the folder where you published
the form, and set the destination selector to the Org Forms Library. Select the
form in the source list and click the arrow that points from the source list to
the destination list. If you can't select the Org Forms Library, then ask the
Exchange Administrator to give you publishing rights to it. But if you saw it
before, then you should be good to go.
