Yes you can and it's easy. Start your email message as
usual.
With it still open, go to "insert", "item", "contacts"
and then click on the distribution list (or lists - click
on the first list, hold down control and click on the
others you want to send so you only have to send one
message with multiple lists) that you want to send. When
she receives it, she simply has to "drag and drop" into
her contact folder. She will have all the info. now at
her disposal.
