How can I forward a custom form and keep the data in the controls? Th
form is published in the organizational lib and on the open event i
creates controls based on access table records. When i choose forwar
it just loads a new blank form. What do I change? Thanks for reading

For best results, have the Forward action on the (Actions) page in design mode set to the published custom form.

You mean it opens the same custom form, only with none of the data fields filled in?

Are you running Outlook 2003? I had a similar situation. I researched
through Microsoft information, and found that I needed to install the two
outlook patches.
I then had to recreate my forms.
