Forwarding E-Mails without Openning?

Is there any way Outlook could FORWARD e-mails to another email address
(e.g., my cell phone)?
I know a Rule could be setup to forward e-mails AFTER they are opened, but I
would like this to happen when I am not at my computer.

Is Exchange involved and would you want this to happen to every email

Robert,

I would like to forward emails from specific people via Outlook on my home
computer to my cell phone. Exchange is not involved.

Is this possible?
