Forwarding email hangs outlook with MS Word like email editor

Hello, i´ve this problem:

When forwording an email to a specific mailbox with MS Word like editor
within an exchange organization outlook hang up and the only solution is
close it from task manager, but when turn off MS Word like editor and do the
same thing it work but show me a window with a legend "no se puede usar
activex en este mensaje".
I really want to know what's doing that and how to fix it.
