Forwarding Email

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I cannot forward email from the "preview" screen although there is a forward button available. When I click forward, a new screen opens but only part, sometimes only the address appears. The only way I can get the whole message to forward correctly is to open the message completely and clock forward there. Does not seem to me that's the way it should work (I tried it in Outlook 2007 and it works just fine)

It depends on your selection; if you have selected some text, only that
selection is included if you forward or reply to a message. Does that
explain your problem? If not, are the messages you are mentioning HTML or
plain text messages?
