Forwarding emails to another account using Outlook 2003

I have followed the steps on how to do this via Tools > Rules and Alerts but
each time I do it using the Global Address List, it gives me the following
error....
One or more rules could not be updated to Exchange server and have been
deactivated. This could be because some of the parameters are not supported
or there is insufficient space to store all of your rules.

The only rule I am trying to establish is to forward all my emails received
from any group or individual in my Global Mailing List to another email
address.

Can anyone help to explain why I get this error and how to get around it.

You're probably hitting the rules limit of Exchange by selecting all the
addresses in the GAL. Create the rule based on "sender is in specified
Address Book" instead.
