Forwarding emails to another address

I have been forwarding my outlook emails to my work address and now I am
changing jobs and want to stop this from happening. Problem is, I set this
up so long ago that I don't recall what I need to do to stop it.

I thought it was as simple as deleting a rule. But - there is no rule
listed for forwarding in my outlook. Is it hidden somewhere? What am I
missing? Thanks.

How do you know that you did something in Outlook to perform the
forwarding action? Maybe you enabled a server-side option to do the
forwarding. Use the webmail interface to your e-mail account to check
your server-side options.
