Hi all
I created an account on my 2k3 AD domain called "SpamUser". This account has
an email address. I have a Spam filter setup that sends all emails deemed as
spam to that email account. We recieve over 10,000 a day !! Currently what i
do is the following..I logon to the network with that account and open
Outlook 2k3. I created a rule on there that sends all the email sent to valid
reciepints of my company to a sub folder called Valid Emails. the ones that
dont go into that folder I delete.
Is this possible to do without me logging onto that account, opening
outlook, and clicking on apply rule now? Can this be done elsewhere? Like a
server side rule? How is that done?
Please help if you can and I will try the solutions offered!
