Forwarding emails

I want to view all emails I recieve at work from home also. How do I set up
my outlook account to automatically forward all of my emails to my aol
account at home?

Forward? By a means of a rule but by (secure) default this is disabled on an
Exchange server.

Better is to contact your mail admin and ask if your company offers other
means to read your e-mail at home like RPC over HTTP, IMAP or OWA.
