forwarding large attachements

I recieve emails with large attachments (up to 5mb) I always get an error msg
like (0x8004210B) when I try to forward them on. Sometimes the message is
sent but it is still sitting in the outbox. The recipients email me to advise
that they sometimes recieve it 20 xs. myet it is never in the sent item
folder.

If you're using a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable this
integration and try again.

Could you explain how to do that, please? I have trendmicro pccillin virus
protection.

I wouldn't know. It is different for each virus scanner. Usually they have a
configuration screen where you can disable it or you can remove it by
running setup again and remove the component. See the documentation of your
virus scanner on how to do it properly.
