This was posted earlier, and the discussion was closed. I'm seeing the same behavior with our one on-site Mac user who is running Entourage. In her case, it removes text in the middle of a thread, not the beginning or the end. As Brent said it's not noticeable, but she was getting comments from people she forwarded email to that she couldn't understand. Has there been a fix for this? FYI, I've blown out her identity and recreated it....

It appears to randomly remove characters from the body of the message. It is
not noticeable when it is sent, but the recipient always thinks you have been
taking drugs when they receive the email. This only happens on emails that
are generally 500+ K in size, although I haven't narrowed it down to a
particular size.
