Forwarding mail to an address in the subject line

The anti-spam system I use for one of my clients forwards suspect mail to a
mailbox.

What I would like to do is have a rule in place that picks up the email
address from the subject line and sends that user a message to inform them
that spam has been detected.
The subject line also contains the original subject and the reason why the
message was marked as spam - the idea being the user recevies a message
advising that a message from a person xyz sent them an e-mail with subject
abc and to use the voting buttons to tell the IT department what action to
take.

Any clues?

Based on my experience and research, I am afraid that there is no such a
built-in feature can automatically complete this goal.

However, I think it might be achieved by using programming. To get further
assistance on this issue, I recommend you submit your post in MSDN
newsgroups, as they are best suited to help you with the development issue.

achieve your goal. On how to do use 'Rules and Alerts' feature, please

However, if you would like to add additional information such as 'the
reason why the message was marked as spam' in the subject, you may need
