Hi All,

I have Outlook 2000. I send a meeting request to my friend. My friend
is in turn able to forward the same meeting request I sent to other people.
I do not want this to happen. To make a long story short, I should be able
to send meeting requests to other people and the others should not be able
to forward the meeting request I sent. Can anybody help me with this ????
Please ???? Anybody from Microsoft ???

thanks a ton for ur time

Once you send it, it's not yours any more. The other person can do whatever
they want with it. This applies to messages as well as meeting requests. If
you don't want them to be able to forward it, don't send a meeting request.
Instead, call your friend on the phone to issue the invitation.
