Running Exchange 2003 SP2 on Server 2003 Enterprise SP2. I am trying to
forward messages on certain mailboxes to the mailbox owners' webmail
accounts. I tried doing this in the Exchange General tab - Delivery Options
of the user accounts and it will only allow forwarding to recipients within
the Exchange organization.
Then I tried creating a rule within Outlook. It let me enter the webmail
address, but when I tested the rule, Outlook did not forward the message to
the webmail address. The Outlook help mentions that this is a security risk,
but if are willing to accept the risk, how can I configure this to work?
