Forwarding Messages

All of a sudden my Entourage is making changes to messages I am
forwarding to others. Specifically, when I forward a message with
graphics/pictures it converts them to a URL and does not display the
graphic as an image. I suspect that something got changed in the
security settings but might be wrong. Using Entourage 12.1.5 and Mac
10.5.6

Try selecting the message and then choosing Message>Forward as Attachment.
Entourage does not really shine when it comes to generating complex HTML
messages; the above procedure allows you to bypass this limitation and
should preserve the formatting of the original message.

So, the real fact is that it should be able to do it though, Outlook handles this with no problem, I'm amazed this is an issue. And an annoying one at that.

No, the real fact is that Entourage does not support composing complex
HTML messages at all. Any complex HTML message (those with embedded
links, tables, CSS styles, etc.) will be converted to simple HTML messages.

The only way to forward complex HTML messages in Entourage is to forward
the entire message as an attachment.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature in
future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in any
Office application.
