Forwarding Rule Inbox Only

Is there a way in OL2002 to forward to an external email
account only those emails that reach the Inbox?

I am using Outlook-Spam-Filter to direct spam to a Spam
folder, and I don't want the Spam forwarded to my
handheld. In the rules wizard, I only see an option to
forward emails "on this machine" or to a "specified
account." It appears that those options forward the
email before the filter does it's thing. Any suggestions?
