Forwarding sports team schedules

Is there any way to create a calendar of a sport's teams schedule, for
example, a high school basketball team game schedule, team meetings,
parents sports night, important dates and deadlines, awards banquet,
team parties then forward the entire schedule to a distribution list.
Upon acceptance the entire schedule would be imported into each
recipient's Outlook calendar?
